Refund policy

At Master Bait Shops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Custom-made or final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
